This webinar has been designed to address opportunities to collaborate with “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” in Help Me Grow states.
The “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” program aims to improve early identification of children with developmental delays by promoting an awareness of healthy developmental milestones, the importance of tracking children’s development and acting early on developmental concerns. This program works with Help Me Grow and other federal and state initiatives and provides free, research-based materials for families and providers and state Ambassadors that work to improve early childhood systems.

- Experiences from three HMG affiliate states, who will share their how they have integrated “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” materials into their Help Me Grow systems.
